The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 426(FIN) "An Act relating to cooperation of insurers with the Department of Health and Social Services; relating to subrogation, assignment, and lien rights and notices for medical assistance claims; relating to recovery of medical assistance overpayments; relating to asset transfers and income diversion by medical assistance applicants; relating to assets and Medicare enrollment as they affect medical assistance coverage; relating to home and community-based services; relating to medical assistance applications for persons under 21 years of age; requiring a report by the Department of Health and Social Services; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
